Unbeaten in the League Division 4 going in to the Cup Final, the Reserves were confident of putting up a good show against their Division 3 opponents. However, on a big pitch at Ampthill Town FC and on a hot April afternoon, two late goals from Bird & Bush were enough to take the Cup.
